The Pond Road Residence is a modern university dormitory building in which each two occupants share a suite consisting of individual bedrooms (separately lockable), a shared bathroom, and a common room (with kitchenette, but cooking is not permitted).  There is no internet.  Cost of accommodation in the Pond Road Residence is $52 + 13% tax per night per person + online registration fee $5.  Price and Availability are guaranteed only until August 1, 2012, and may go up thereafter if rooms are still available.  Any booking changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to 3:00 p.m.on the scheduled date of arrival. Otherwise a penalty equal to one night’s stay will apply.  The quoted room rental rates are based on scheduled arrival and departure dates. Any early arrivals or late departures will be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to different pricing.  Address: 92 The Pond Road. Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.  The Front Desk is open only from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM.  Entrance to the Front Desk is by the East door, at the corner of Pond Road and Atkinson Road.
